I'll be presenting a paper at the Society for Literature, Science, and the Arts' annual conference. This year's conference theme is CODE. I plan to discuss the impact of code's materiality on issues of representation in new media art.

DISORIENTALISM, my collaboration with Marianne Kim, will be participating in this year's Art Under the Bridge Festival in D.U.M.B.O. We will be doing a site-specific performance called "Two by Two, View by View" in which the Disorientals learn to be leisurely.

I'm making a street installation for Conflux, Brooklyn's annual psychogeography festival taking place in and around Williambsurg this September.
My project is called Urban Camouflage: Taking Shelter.

I will be giving an artist talk and performing via a live link to the Conference on Digital Live Art held at Leeds Metropolitan University. The conference theme, "BAD GIRLS, GADGETS & GUERRILLA PERFORMANCE," focuses on women who are practicing in and between the fields of Computing, HCI and Live Art.
For my performance, "Live Chatter: Impersonal Impersonation of a Chatterbot Persona," I'm training myself to impersonate a chatterbot and will be conversing with conference attendees through a live remote text chat. Read more on the conference website.
